Each of our exhibits travel globally for a period of 5 to 7 years, with multiple exhibits traveling simultaneously.

As the Manager of International Sales Operations, you will lead all operational aspects related to Science Northís International Sales team, including the logistical management of Science North's portfolio of travelling exhibitions.

As the successful candidate you will:

Use your exceptional logistical and management skills to:
  • define deliverables, identify resources & logistical requirements and manage day to day operations to meet profit goals
  • direct, manage, train and promote operational excellence for the activities of the sales team and travelling exhibit touring business
  • develop and maintain master exhibit tour schedule
  • manage/assign work for technical efforts and requirements for touring exhibit install/strikes/refurbishments
  • provide on-call support throughout the duration of traveling exhibit cycles
  • participate as a key member of the development team for new traveling exhibits to maximize performance, travelability and efficiency
  • support the international sales business unit in achieving the annual profit goals
Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to:
  • nurture client relationships to promote future sales opportunities
  • manage and lead the sales support team
  • manage day to day client interactions
  • ensure service levels, profit targets & repeat business goals are met
Engage your financial management skills to:
  • effectively develop and manage budgets for all traveling exhibit installations/strikes and refurbishment
  • monitor project budgets and coordinate resources to meet profit goals and deliverables
  • oversee and ensure profitability and logistical efficiency of traveling exhibit touring operations

Compensation package highlights:

  • Starting at $42,600 per  year
